Minimum Income Requirement: The total gross household income must be a minimum of 2.5 times (2.5x) the monthly rent amount. Maximum Income Limits: luff View at Frederick Creek is subject to specific guidelines and is marketed for those who are at or below 60% of the Area Median Income limit. What is your pet policy, including fees and breed restrictions?
Bluff View at Frederick Creek allows a maximum of 2 pets per apartment home. For each pet, we require a $300 refundable pet deposit, a one-time $200 non-refundable pet fee, and $50 monthly pet rent. The following breeds are not permitted in our community: Akitas, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Terriers, and Wolf-Hybrids.
