Pricing Information

Pricing reflects a 12-month lease term and includes gas and trash. Residents are responsible for paying for electricity, water, and sewer, which are billed separately and vary based on usage.

Required One Time Fees (Due At Application): 
Application Fee: $13 
Holding Fee: $50 

Required One Time Fees (Due At Move-In): 
Standard Security Deposit: $300 

The holding fee will become part of the security deposit if the application is approved, and the applicant takes possession of the unit. 

Optional Add-Ons:
Pets: $300 refundable deposit, $200 nonrefundable pet fee, $50/month pet rent
